Card Clash Game Overview
If it’s a simple card game you’re after, Card Clash may well be the game for you. Created by Rival, it’s a straightforward game that’s fast-paced and fun to play. It’s all about which of two hands gets the better card, but there’s another round that takes place whenever there’s a tie - keep on reading our review to find out more.
How To Play The Card Clash Game
Playing this game couldn’t be any easier. First, place your bet. There are five chips (1, 10, 25, 500 and 1,000) that you can use and to get your bet placed, move one or chips onto the ‘BET’ or ‘TIE’ spaces on the gaming board. There’s a maximum bet size of 1,000. If you bet on ‘BET’, you get paid 1:1 if the player’s hand wins.
Once bets have been placed, one card is dealt to the player’s hand and one to the dealer’s. Six standard decks of cards are used and they’re ranked according to standard poker rankings, with the ace the most valuable. Whichever hand has the highest-value card wins.
If it’s a tie, you can either surrender or go to war. If you surrender, half your bet is paid back to you. If you go to war, you have to place a second bet equal in value to your first. The dealer’s hand then receives four cards: three face-down and one face-up; the player’s hand receives one face-up card. If the dealer’s new card outranks the player’s, you lose. If it’s a tie or the player’s card outranks the dealer’s, your initial bet is returned to you and your second bet is paid 1:1.
The game has an optional bet that pays 10:1 if the first two cards result in a tie. To place this bet, place one or more chips onto the ‘TIE’ space.
