When i first registered at Platinum...
When i first registered at Platinum Rells in 2016, the casino was not like this and the software was another one!Now, it is RTG. Quite good to play the slots, but poor in other games, especially in the table games. Only one baccarat, one european roulette and one American roulette and all are virtual. No live games.As for the deposits, quite restrictive. Only credit card, QBDirect and BitCoin. No e-wallets or PaySafe.

Platinum Reels has take way too long to look into a handful of transactions that I questioned. I do not trust their customer service team and would not deposit any money here. I have followed up wit countless emails, and while I get a very kind and prompt reply, it is nothing other than kicking the can down the road in the hopes I'll soon forget or give up. Watch out.

when i logged in to this site t...
when i logged in to this site through a bonus link i got an immediate pop up saying " welcome, your bonus has been loaded and your free spins await you at the cashier! good luck! "But they werent there! lol And although it was quickly fixed by customer service, it still gave me the impression that they might have a few glitches in their system. I did enjoy the free spins and actually won a decent amount from them, just over $40 which is quite a lot for a free spin bonus, but I did not make it through the playthrough so I cant comment on withdrawl system but I have read that it is unpleasant if not impossible so i guess im not missing much. the game was fun the graphics were engaging the RTP seemed decent but the site map is all wonky..awkward to navigate and their search menu is very basic with no sort by options or other helpful tools to make finding specific types of games easier. it was a pleasant visit but there were a lot of things that made it feel disorganized and like their focus was Not on improving the over all customer experience. dont think ill be going back any time soon
