I got a 200 no deposit bonus. Used that cashed out the max $100 after I asked support how long the withdrawal process would take before getting my money. I was told 3-5 hours. That timeframe came and went numerous times after verifying my account making a 22$ btc deposit. I contacted support again and asked what was going on and was told that it takes 2-3 days. They first allegedly have to process it and that takes 24 hours then they have to send it out and that takes 2-3 days. They state on their site that they are lightning fast! They say on an ad on their page,"We process your cash outs within 24 hours. Your wins hit your account as fast as you can spin." I asked support what was up with that. It sounded like an ad of deception to get patrons to deposit their money on their platform. I told support that players respect transparency, not lies and deceitful promotional ads. No longer I finished that statement he closed out the chat. When you make your deposit it doesn't have to take 24 hours to review that, and 2-3 days to post on their platform. For a matter of fact I accomplished my ID upload and $22 btc deposit in under 10 minutes. Am I being unreasonable? I think not. Don't make false advertisements to make players think your platform is actually punctual when it comes to withdrawals. Claiming that my wins will be in my account as fast as I can spin. That's all bull crap. I'll post an update if I actually get my 122$ withdrawal. Shame on Mega Medusa for your deceiving player tactics. Be honest and transparent, we would all respect that more. UPDATE: My withdrawal was approved but it's been hours and there's nothing from Medusa Casino in my btc wallet. Support said it's on its way now. I asked for a Hash # to track it on the blockchain. I'm not saying this out of anger or frustration, even though I'm reliving this nightmare from the same place. I'm supposedly in the final stages of trying to withdraw funds—yes, I said trying. My account has been verified before, and I've been playing for over a year. Even though I've only withdrawn a few times, every winning takes at least 7 to 10 full days to arrive. I swear! I'm currently waiting for a payment from June 20th, and today is July 4th, and I've just been told it won't be sent until next week... unbelievable! How? Why? The information they're asking for is the same card I've been using here for months, and photos of the card were sent in the first email weeks ago. Imagine... in the last email, they asked for a photo, and in this email, they're asking for a photo of the card. Why don't they look at the photos I sent initially, which are multiple photos of me holding the card, plus other photos of the card itself? I'm just in the photo without the card, and then a few days later they're asking for the card only, not me, but certainly not for us to be in the same photo together. Constant rejections. I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my application to be rejected. It's incredibly frustrating to win because now you're being suffocated by a ridiculous rejection, hoping you'll give up. I've been rejected five times for no reason in this draw. It's money I'm owed, and they know it, so you have to wait. Then, just when you think you're going to receive the money, they reject it and tell you to reapply, starting the count all over again. This will continue for almost a month. It's awful.

I won like $880.00 and then I lost my phone for a day or two, then all of a sudden, I go to login and boom as I log in and start playing, it all of a sudden says.

I won $523.21 on December 30th . Sent my I.d. verification and etc and  the deposit money required to receive through bitcoin/ wire like casino wanted. After one hour they received the bitcoin deposit through blockchain then said I able to choose wire transfer so I choose that and had all the correct info for that then within 24hrs they say they couldn't do it bc of limits my bank accepts up to 10,000 for wire transfer remember my withdrawal was $523. So they asked me to receive through bitcoin sent  status on site said pending .  I look today no response nothing now today 1/8/25 I look and nothing is pending anymore money is sitting again in withdrawal. This casino is a joke. They only respond when you send them something. But when you need or want something they ignore or don't confirm anything.

Medusa clearly says that it allows people from south africa to place but the inclave then says wont allow from my country.
