No rejection email or compliance notice was sent at the time the withdrawal was reversed.

The withdrawal was reviewed by their “Relevant Team”
Account verification is mandatory to withdraw funds
Deposited funds that were wagered cannot be refunded
Account closure is allowed, but any remaining balance cannot be withdrawn without verification

I contacted customer service several times and they were no help. I emailed banking and they said they had none of my verification documents I submitted.
